Summary:
The Program Manager, Housing Support Services Program will oversee the HSSP ODR Project-Based Buildings including clinical services provided to justice-involved population. HSSP is a specialized program that provides comprehensive and intensive field-based community mental health services designed to meet the unique needs of individuals in Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) who are formerly homeless and have a Severe Mental Illness (SMI) or Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED). The Program Manager will monitor and ensure the team of clinicians provides high-quality services that meet or exceed required contract, funder, and agency standards. The Program Manager will provide administrative and clinical supervision for direct practice clinicians, if applicable. This position is responsible for maintaining the efficiency of operations while fostering teamwork among staff and across departments and programs.
In collaboration with the Leadership team of HSSP, monitor all administrative aspects of agency's Department of Mental Health (DMH) contracted HSSP, including billing and contract maximization in compliance with contract goals and outcomes in a timely manner.
