• Activate and support volunteers using peer coaching, Mission Conversations, and quality improvement strategies.
• Cultivate and manage community partnerships with underrepresented groups to host programs and reach new audiences.
• Develop and execute data-informed community impact plans and secure Community Partner Agreements.
• Demonstrate cross-functional collaboration to identify awareness opportunities and engage supporters.
