Job summary

Capital Consultants Management Corporation is seeking a guest-facing role to foster resident experiences in a large-scale community setting. You will collaborate with the Lifestyle Director to plan events, promote programming, and manage communications across channels.

The role requires 1–2 years in event planning or related fields and 2+ years in communications. A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, with flexible hours including nights and weekends. A background check and drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of professional experience in event planning, recreation programming, public relations or related fields.
• 2 years of professional experience with creating and managing communications.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred (recreation, communications, journalism or community development).
• Must be able to work full-time hours including some nights, weekends and holidays; pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, promoting and executing a comprehensive community events calendar for residents.
• Create content for community communications: website, newsletters, materials, social media.
• Support the operations of the amenity center and resident experiences.
• Welcome and assist new residents and support club/group management.
• Handle vendor management, payments, and overall community communications.
