Community Engagement Coordinator, StaffFlex contract

Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining partnerships with high schools, community-based traffic safety organizations, and AdventHealth Parker hospital staff;
Covering Arapahoe, Douglas and Jefferson counties
Transporting program equipment and supplies to school sites;
Facilitating Choose S.A.F.E. activities and hands-on programming directly with students;
Supporting school staff and student leaders with curriculum implementation;
Managing pre- and post-intervention data collection and reporting; and adjusting programming based on data outcomes, traffic safety best practices, and partner feedback.
Manages donor database. Supports sponsorships with community partners, including collecting requests, managing approvals, notifying parties, processing payments, and tracking sponsorships. Coordinates and supports special events, community events, and outreach events. Assists marketing, communications, and foundation teams with general office support, including scheduling meetings, video interviews, and photo shoots. Maintains stock of promotional items for health fairs, community outreach events, and visitors. Coordinates the lending of tents, chairs, tablecloths, banners, and other items for community outreach events. Works with leadership on meeting agendas and minutes. Assists in foundation board communication. Sends annual donor receipt letters for tax refunds. Supports leadership with the establishment and growth of donor societies. Keeps a list of community board appointments and tracks leadership’s participation in volunteer opportunities. Other duties as assigned.
