Job summary

AdventHealth Parker is seeking a Community Engagement Coordinator on a StaffFlex contract for part-time hours. The role runs 2–4 days weekly (7a–3:30p) for 13–26 weeks, with a focus on building school and community partnerships and delivering youth safety programs.

The position supports marketing and foundation teams and requires strong organizational and written communication skills. Candidates should have an Associate degree and 5+ years in marketing and/or community outreach, with experience

Qualifications

• Highly organized and able to juggle multiple tasks at once.
• Creative and possesses an elevated visual aesthetic.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Works collaboratively across multiple departments, service lines and with community partners.
• Works independently with minimal supervision.
• Builds relationships and works well with community and other business partners.
• Excellent computer skills—proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in marketing, health care administration, or community outreach.

Responsibilities

• Establish partnerships with high schools, community-based traffic safety organizations, and AdventHealth Parker hospital staff.
• Covering Arapahoe, Douglas and Jefferson counties; transport program equipment to school sites.
• Facilitate Choose S.A.F.E. activities and hands-on programming with students.
• Support school staff and student leaders with curriculum implementation.
• Manage pre- and post-intervention data collection and reporting; adjust programming based on data outcomes.
