Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Engagement Coordinator at Spirit Catholic Radio in Omaha. The Coordinator is responsible for awareness initiatives of the Spirit Catholic Radio Network (SCRN) across Nebraska and Iowa, engaging with Catholic schools, parishes, and ministries. The role requires outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, to relate effectively to listeners, donors, and clergy. Responsibilities include: coordinating presence at relevant events, recruiting and training volunteers, leading an internal committee to review and coordinate events, and collaborating with Marketing, Development, and Underwriting teams for communication and promotion. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in public relations, marketing, or development; experience in a faith-based organization is a plus.
