Chick-fil-A, Inc., Founder S. Truett Cathy started the business in 1946, when he and his brother, Ben, opened an Atlanta diner known as The Dwarf Grill (later renamed The Dwarf House). Responsibilities

1. Schedule and implement community-based programs, partnerships, and engagement initiatives.
2. Collaborate with catering, recruiting, and marketing teams regarding local community events.
3. Identify, initiate, and deepen relationships with various community leaders and organizations.
4. Communicate clearly and effectively with Team Members, guests and leaders.
5. Courteously greet guests, take orders, explain and suggest menu items.
6. Ensure guests feel cared for by going above and beyond expectations.
7. Must be able to work in a high stress, fast paced environment.
