Job summary

The University of Vermont's CELO program seeks a dedicated Program Coordinator to implement and coordinate community-engaged learning initiatives across courses, partner tracking, and reporting. You will support risk-management education, run student workshops, assist with implementation grants, and help tell the CELO story through web, newsletters, events, and outreach to partners.

The role involves collaboration with campus units, supervision of signature events such as CELO's annual awards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field and three to five years of experience in higher education, community-engaged learning/service-learning, civic engagement, and/or community development.
• Communications experience (web, storytelling, newsletters).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement and coordinate CELO's programs that support community-engaged learning at the University of Vermont, including course designation, and community partner tracking and reporting.
• Support the implementation of community-engaged courses through risk management education, workshops for students, and implementation grants.
• Facilitate CELO's storytelling and reporting to multiple audiences through web, newsletter, and other channels.
