Job summary

The University of Vermont seeks a talented professional to implement and coordinate CELO’s programs that support community-engaged learning, including course designation and community partner tracking. You will help track reporting, engage in outreach, and facilitate storytelling across multiple channels.

Responsibilities include supporting implementation of community-engaged courses through risk management education, student workshops, and grants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field and 3–5 years of experience in higher education, community-engaged learning/service-learning, civic engagement, and/or community development.
• Communications experience (web, storytelling, newsletters).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement and coordinate CELO’s programs that support community-engaged learning at the University of Vermont, including course designation, and community partner tracking and reporting.
• Support the implementation of community-engaged courses through risk management education, workshops for students, and implementation grants.
• Facilitate CELO’s storytelling and reporting to multiple audiences through web, newsletter, and other channels.
