Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Public Administration, Project Management, Workforce Development, Marketing, or related field required; 3–6 years of project management/workforce development experience preferred.
• Master's degree preferred in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operational aspects of workforce projects including course building, registration, and participant communications.
• Support employer training programs, webinars, workshops, apprenticeships, credential programs, and open enrollment offerings.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and project updates for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor project outcomes and ensure compliance with grant requirements, contracts, and College policies.
