Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience in health/human services preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required or obtainable.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide programmatic assistance to Direct Support Professionals and individuals.
• Ensure safety, health, and well-being of individuals.
• Provide supervisory support in absence of directors.
• Assist individuals with daily living skills and community participation.
• Develop and maintain accurate daily records and service plans.
• Coordinate transportation for individuals.
• Teach life skills and implement person-centered plans.
• Maintain function-related documentation and reports.
