Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year experience in health/human services preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid/PMT certifications as needed; lifting 50 lbs may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide programmatic assistance to Direct Support Professional and program individuals.
• Supervise in the absence of supervisors and director; ensure safety and well-being.
• Assist individuals with daily living activities, community participation, and life skills.
• Develop and maintain daily records, service plans, and behavioral programs.
• Coordinate transportation and support individuals in community activities; deescalate behaviors per policy.
