Qualifikationen

• Two (2) year degree in human services or related field, with three (3) years of work experience in human services.
• Two (2) years of supervisory and training responsibilities.
• ACRE certification or CESP preferred; willingness to complete within 6 months.

• Lead and supervise a team of 8-12 employment services staff.
• Manage referrals, participant service delivery, and regulatory compliance.
• Attend ISP planning and stakeholder meetings.
• Monitor program performance, documentation, and revenue goals.
• Coordinate staff onboarding, training, and professional development.
• Build partnerships with employers, agencies, and community organizations.
• Ensure high-quality employment services and positive participant outcomes.
