Job summary

Shangri-La in Salem, Oregon is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide individualized services promoting independence and community participation for adults with I/DD. Services occur in home, neighborhood, or community settings as per ISP and policies.

The role is part-time up to 29 hours with on-call availability. Starting wage is $20.14/hour, with a wage scale of $20.14–$25.48/hour, reporting to the CES - Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of experience with individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Valid Oregon Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Knowledge of person-centered planning and trauma-informed support preferred.
