Job summary

Community Integrated Services is seeking an Employment Coach to support individuals with disabilities at community-based job sites in Philadelphia. You will help participants develop independent work routines, review schedules, and coordinate with scheduling and training teams to ensure smooth placement and ongoing support.

You will document on-site performance, attend meetings, and assist with training for fellow coaches, while maintaining compliance with background checks and program policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in Education, Social Services or Business preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Must have a valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
• Access to a vehicle and internet at home; able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Review the file for each participant before shift.
• Provide travel training to CIS office or new place of employment.
• Coordinate with team members and scheduling/benefits teams.
• Maintain detailed on-site performance records daily.
• Report schedules and changes to the scheduler promptly.
• Attend meetings and train other coaches as needed.
• Report any incidents or employer concerns immediately.
• Pursue ongoing training to improve skills.
