Job summary

Keystone Human Services is seeking a Casual/Per Diem Community Participation Associate to help adults increase employment potential and gain independence through meaningful community participation and inclusion.

The role involves developing supports, exploring options using person-centered tools, completing discovery to identify employment conditions, and negotiating with potential employers. Training and advancement opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills with ability to learn new systems.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Complete trainings including Medication Administration, First Aid and CPR.

Responsibilities

• Develop supports for individuals based on strengths, needs and interests.
• Explore community participation options using person-centered tools.
• Assist with coordination of transportation.
