Job summary

Keystone Human Services in Malvern, PA is seeking Casual (Per Diem) Community Participation Associates to join our team. You will help individuals plan supports, explore community participation options, and support meaningful employment goals.

Responsibilities include developing tailored supports based on strengths, coordinating transportation, and teaching natural supports. This role offers flexible Casual/Per Diem hours, competitive benefits, and extensive training to support professional

Qualifications

At least 18 years of age.
Basic computer skills with ability to learn and use web-based systems.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to complete trainings including Medication Administration, First Aid, and CPR.
Valid Driver’s License with daily access to a private vehicle.
Successful completion of pre-employment checks (background and driving record).

Responsibilities

Develop supports for individuals based on strengths, needs, and interests.
Explore community participation options using person-centered tools.
Complete discovery with individuals to identify employment themes and conditions.
Develop potential employment ideas.
Target goals to negotiate with potential employers.
Teach and model natural supports with community members.
Assist with coordination of transportation.
