Job summary

Keystone Human Services in Harrisburg, PA is seeking a Casual/Per Diem Community Participation Associate to help adults increase employment potential and independence through person-centered supports.

You will develop supports, explore community options, coordinate transportation, and teach natural supports while completing required trainings and maintaining clear communication with participants and providers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age and valid driver’s license.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Successful completion of required trainings (Medication Administration, First Aid, CPR).

Responsibilities

• Develop supports for individuals based on their strengths, needs and interests.
• Explore community participation options using person-centered tools.
• Complete discovery to identify employment themes and ideal conditions.
• Develop employment ideas and negotiate with potential employers.
• Coordinate transportation and model natural supports for success.
