Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Effective communication skills in verbal and written form.
• Ability to learn new programs and web-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop appropriate supports for individuals based on strengths, needs, and interests.
• Explore community participation options using person-centered tools.
• Complete discovery to identify employment themes and conditions.
• Develop potential employment ideas and negotiate with employers.
• Model natural supports with community members to aid success.
• Assist with transportation coordination.
