Responsibilities

• Assist with research and development of engaging health education content by identifying topics, clinical experts and education opportunities.
• Plan and coordinate pre-production logistics, collaborate across departments to schedule video shoots.
• Assist with content development and production for digital platforms, ensuring high-quality educational materials (YouTube, etc.).
• Support post-production workflows, including editing, accessibility and platform uploads.
• Track and analyze video performance metrics to inform reach and strategy.
• Assist with video marketing by selecting monthly content and monitoring engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to post content and optimize descriptions, keywords, and metrics.
• Assist with captioning files and accessibility software management.
• Provide administrative support during livestream webinars produced in the Media Studio.
• Coordinate content development requests and talent scheduling across departments.
