Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, teaching, business, communications, human services, nonprofit management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience assessing curriculum, facilitating presentations, tailoring educational content for schools, nonprofits, and diverse community groups.
• 1–3 years of experience building community relationships, supporting grant-funded initiatives, and evaluating program metrics to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing on financial coaching and education communications.
• Actively build relationships with school systems, nonprofits and community partners.
• Support Marketing Department, grant writing and reporting initiatives as requested.
• Identify and elevate stories that showcase M1’s impact in the community.
• Deliver on the Credit Union’s Service Promises in every service situation.
• Other duties as assigned.
