This role oversees school programs, partner company initiatives, small business engagement, and member education while driving program impact and community partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have leadership experience, strong collaboration skills, and a passion for delivering superior member experiences.

• Experience leading a financial wellness or community-focused program.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and retain a team.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the Financial Wellness team with clear expectations and accountability.
• Develop and execute financial wellness strategy, programs, and partnerships.
• Oversee community, school, and employer partnerships to expand presence and impact.
• Drive measurable financial wellness outcomes and member impact.
• Manage department performance with budgeting and scorecard tracking.
• Foster an engaging, inclusive culture and ensure adherence to policies.
