Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years at a management level and demonstrated strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient understanding of strategic planning and product/service development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Financial Wellness team with coaching, accountability, and performance management.
• Develop and execute the financial wellness strategy, programs, and initiatives.
• Establish and strengthen partnerships with schools, employer groups, and community partners.
• Drive outcomes that improve member financial wellness and community impact.
• Oversee department scorecard, budgeting, and performance reporting.
