Job summary

Credit Union West in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Community Impact Specialist (Financial Educator) to lead the planning and delivery of financial education programs for members and the broader community. In collaboration with the Community Impact Manager, you will develop curricula, coordinate with schools and local organizations, and promote financial wellness while protecting the credit union's reputation.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree (preferred) and 1–3 years' experience in finance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years in finance, community impact, business development, or education in a financial institution preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial education content for diverse communities.
• Coordinate with external vendors and schools to maximize program exposure.
• Represent the organization at community events and build partnerships.
• Record activities and report results for calendars and budgets.
