Adjunct instructor of Community Education Center non-credit English as Second Language Program ( ESL ) as needed to teach one or two basic English courses that are 11 weeks long as needed. This instructor will provide instruction to community adult learners.
This is a pooled position. Applicants are selected from the pool as positions become available. After a period of time the pool will expire, and applicants will be notified.
Bachelors of Education with a language endorsement or certification such as an ESL endorsement, or TESOL certification
Qualified candidates must possess a specific knowledge base and skill set that includes, at a minimum, the following:
A minimum of one year teaching ESL experience in a classroom setting

Due to the Affordable Care Act ( ACA ), individuals who have worked in a salaried capacity for Weber State University who have left their salaried positions within the last six months are ineligible to be hired as an hourly or adjunct employee at Weber State for six months.
