Neighborhood Health Center of WNY, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to connect community members with rewarding careers and align hires with our values.

The role reports to the VP of Human Resources and focuses on proactive sourcing, candidate persona design, and building partnerships with leaders and the community. You’ll be based at our Northwest Buffalo location and travel to other Neighborhood sites.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-5 years of experience
• Fundamental knowledge of human resources
• Mindset for sourcing and engaging talent
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, organized, and follow-through skills
