Job summary

Casey’s Store Manager position overseeing all aspects of operating a Casey’s store, including team management, guest service, merchandising, and loss prevention. You will lead staff, ensure cleanliness, and maintain Casey’s CARES values while driving sales and guest satisfaction.

You will also manage labor budgets, scheduling, and inventory, with opportunities for advancement within a Fortune 500–scale company and a customizable career path.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand, lift 10–50 pounds, and perform repetitive motions.
• A background check may be required and a driver's license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards.
• Ensure the store is stocked and clean to build strong guest relationships.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise Team Members using Casey's Way.
• Model Casey's CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Manage labor budget, staffing needs, and scheduling; communicate updates.
• Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Complete daily bookwork, store walks, audits, and inventory orders; protect assets.
• Partner with the District Manager to develop Store Action Plans based on KPIs and P&L.
• Attend trainings (ServSafe where applicable) and ensure team trainings are completed.
