You will manage budgets, staffing, training, and community engagement, ensuring compliance with brand standards and company policies. Prior restaurant experience and ServSafe certification are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Effective communication with hourly associates.
• Ability to cover all shifts during normal operation.
• ServSafe Certification (required within 3 months).

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed budgets focusing on cost of goods sold and EBITDA.
• Manage daily unit-level paperwork including sales reports and payroll data.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards at all times.
• Order food and supplies daily to operate the unit.
• Hire and discipline staff members.
• Develop staff to take over duties when you are out of the unit.
• Hold monthly meetings with employees to discuss information for running the unit.
• Establish community presence to drive business and increase sales.
• Enforce brand standards and company policies.
• Train staff in POS, back-of-house, and front-of-house operations.
• Notify District Manager of any hurdles to success.
