Huddle House is seeking a General Manager to run a profitable restaurant, ensure service quality, and drive customer satisfaction. The GM will coach, mentor, and support team members while maintaining high standards of operation and guest experience.

The role emphasizes budgeting, staff development, community presence, and adherence to brand policies to achieve monthly goals and a positive dining environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to communicate effectively with hourly associates.
• Ability to cover all shifts during normal unit operations.
• Previous restaurant experience required.
• ServSafe Certification.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed budgets with focus on COGS and EBITDA.
• Manage unit-level paperwork including sales reports and payroll data.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation at all times.
• Complete monthly Unit Inspection using the red book form.
• Order food and supplies daily for operation.
• Hire and discipline staff members.
• Develop a staff member to take over duties when away.
• Hold monthly staff meetings to share important information.
• Establish community presence to drive business and sales.
• Enforce brand standards, policies and procedures.
• Ensure new hire paperwork and payroll data are accurate and timely.
• Train staff on POS, back of house, and front of house operations.
• Notify District Manager of any hurdles to success.
