  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Four (4) years of program oversight experience including planning, budget, and coordination.
  • PMP Certification preferred.
  • Experience with substitutions of education/experience is described in policy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage one or more EMBRACE programs of substantive size and budget.
  • Set goals and tactics to achieve program objectives.
  • Coordinate daily activities and relationships with outside agencies or subcontractors.
  • Manage budget, expenditures, variances, and reporting.
  • Coordinate and assist training programs for staff, volunteers, and community.
  • Develop data management and communications strategy with senior management.
  • Manage databases for analyzing criteria and monitoring program policies.
