Job summary

Walmart in New Port Richey, FL is seeking a store leadership role responsible for supervising hourly associates, promoting customer service excellence, and supporting the store manager in achieving sales and profit goals. This position emphasizes integrity, belonging, and community engagement.

You will oversee daily operations, coach team members, and implement plans to improve performance while ensuring compliance with company policies and the Open Door Policy.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, providing recognition and promoting a belonging mindset in the workplace.
• Models and demonstrates exceptional customer service standards to store associates by following the One Best Way OBW service model and ensuring customer issues are resolved.
• Assists store manager in driving the financial performance by achieving sales and profit goals, reviewing PL statements, and helping control expenses.
• Respect the individual; builds high-performing teams, communicates with impact, and promotes belonging and integrity in daily operations.
