Responsibilities

• Lead and develop hourly associates including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with policies, asset protection, safety, and quality standards; oversee safety and audits.
• Drive financial performance by achieving sales and profit goals and managing expenses.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues to maintain a positive store experience.
