Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Attending and successfully completing all job trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).
• Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.

Responsibilities

• Leads community outreach and represents Walmart with external groups.
• Ensures compliance, asset protection, safety controls, and QA standards.
• Supervises hourly associates, hires, trains, mentors, and evaluates performance.
• Delivers exceptional customer service following the OBW model and resolves issues.
• Assists store manager in driving sales and controlling expenses.
• Coordinates activities with stakeholders to meet customer and business goals.
