Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).
• Live Better U program education pathway is available for eligible associates.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, directs and participates in community outreach programs by encouraging and supporting associates and managers in serving as good members of the community.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures by holding hourly associates accountable and overseeing asset protection, safety controls and quality standards.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates and drives financial performance by monitoring sales and expenses.
