Job summary

Walmart Inc. in Las Vegas, NV seeks a leader to initiate and oversee community outreach programs, support associates and managers, and represent the company with local organizations to champion sustainability and customer service.

You will coach hourly staff, drive safety and asset protection, manage budgets, and analyze reports to improve financial performance while fostering a culture of belonging and integrity across the store.

Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University preferred.
• Experience supervising 5 or more direct reports including performance management, mentoring, hiring and firing.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, directs and participates in community outreach programs and represents Walmart to external organizations.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates and ensures safety, asset protection and compliance.
• Drives store financial performance and analyzes reports to control expenses and meet sales goals.
