• Champions company-sponsored programs, events and sustainability efforts to associates, customers and the local community.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates in assigned area by hiring, training, mentoring and evaluating performance.
• Models exceptional customer service standards to store associates by following the One Best Way service model and resolving customer issues.
