Job summary

Walmart in Provo, UT is seeking a leader to initiate and coordinate community outreach programs, guiding associates and managers to engage with local organizations and champion company initiatives.

You will ensure policy compliance, oversee asset protection and safety, and develop action plans to improve operations while delivering outstanding customer service.

This role also supports store financial performance and creates opportunities for associates to grow.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Preferred Qualifications include a B.S. in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, plus experience supervising 5 or more direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Leads community outreach by engaging associates and managers.
• Represents Walmart to external organizations and champions company programs.
• Ensures compliance with policies, asset protection and safety controls.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates.
• Delivers exceptional customer service and resolves issues under the OBW model.
• Supports store manager in driving sales and profit goals.
• Reviews PL statements and helps control expenses.
