The Atlantic District in Lemont Furnace, PA is seeking an Elite Agent to become the face of our community-focused insurance agency. You will cultivate relationships, design bespoke protection plans, and represent our agency at local events.

Qualifications

• Active PA Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
• Minimum three years of consultative sales or relationship management.
• Strong public speaking and lead generation experience.
• Proficiency with office suites and agency management systems.

Responsabilités

• Cultivate meaningful relationships with local businesses and families to understand protection needs.
• Design bespoke insurance solutions offering real security beyond a policy number.
• Participate in local events to represent The Atlantic District and grow local presence.
• Review client portfolios annually to keep coverage aligned with life changes.
• Explain complex policy details clearly and transparently.
• Coordinate with underwriting to secure competitive pricing while maintaining quality.
