Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Economics or equivalent work experience.
• Prior experience in consumer lending with knowledge of in-house consumer mortgage and real estate procedures preferred.
• Banking experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Solicit, evaluate, and underwrite consumer loans and credit products in compliance with lending policies.
• Develop new business and service an existing portfolio while cross-selling to meet client needs.
• Analyze financial condition, assess risk, and determine credit worthiness; coordinate loan closings.
• Advise clients on payment methods, interest rate locks, and closing details; monitor loan portfolio risk.
