Property Management, Inc. (PMI) in State College seeks a Community Director to oversee our State College Affordable Housing properties. This on-site role requires strong management, customer service, and operational skills to support residents and staff.

Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. PMI manages over $4 billion of real estate assets and has over 30,000 customers and 360 clients. We are currently searching for one full-time Community Director to join our team at State College Affordable Housing team. This position will oversee the operations of our State College Affordable properties. A valid PA Real Estate License is preferred but not required. We will pay for you to get one! Rate: Based on experience.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
