Job summary

Property Management, Inc. (PMI) seeks a Full-Time Community Director with Affordable Housing experience to oversee Perlo Ridge and Sherman’s Valley Apartments in Loysville, PA. You will supervise staff, manage budgets and ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws while delivering excellent resident service.

PA Real Estate License is preferred and PMI will cover the cost to obtain one. Expect standard hours, an employee-owned culture, and opportunities for advancement within a 55+ year established

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing property operations and staff.
• Strong customer service and compliance with housing laws.
• Experience with Affordable Housing programs is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operations of the properties.

PMI manages over $4 billion of real estate assets and has over 30,000 customers and 360 clients. We are currently searching for one Full-Time Community Director with Affordable Housing experience to join our team at Perlo Ridge Apartments and Sherman’s Valley Apartments. This position will provide oversight to the communities teams, process Tax Credit and Rural Development leases for our residents and provide excellent customer service. A valid PA Real Estate License is preferred, but not required. We will pay for you to get one! Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
