Property Management, Inc. (PMI) is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our employee-owned team.

The role involves traveling to multiple apartment communities to assist with work orders and turnovers, with on-call rotation in the Camp Hill and Mechanicsburg areas. Qualifications

• Residential maintenance experience preferred or entry level accepted.
• Valid PA driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with resident work orders in apartments.
• Assist with turnover of apartments.
• May perform grounds/landscaping duties as needed.
• Perform light electrical, plumbing and HVAC work in apartments.
• Repair appliances as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Assist with snow removal.
• Rotating on-call in Camp Hill and Mechanicsburg areas.

Job description

Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. PMI manages over $4 billion of real estate assets and has over 30,000 customers and 360 clients. We are currently searching for one full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team as part of the Maintenance Service Division. This position will travel to multiple sites in their own company vehicle, to assist with work orders and turnovers at various apartment communities. Rate:

Starting at $20 per hour depending on experience and position.

Hours:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

Location:

350 Poplar Church Road, Camp Hill, PA 17011.

Requirements:

• Prior residential maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
• Working cell phone.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Valid PA Drivers License and reliable, insured transportation.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Compensation details:

20-20 Hourly Wage
