Property Management, Inc. (PMI) is hiring a Full-Time Community Director with Affordable Housing experience to oversee Perlo Ridge and Sherman’s Valley Apartments in Loysville, PA. You’ll manage teams, handle Tax Credit/Rural Development leases, and ensure excellent resident services.

We offer employee ownership, 401(k) with match, and comprehensive benefits. PA Real Estate license is preferred but not required; PMI will support licensure. Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, with room for growth.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in the multi-family housing industry.
• Affordable housing experience (Tax Credit, Rural Development preferred).
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• PA Real Estate License is a plus but not required.
• Excellent attention to detail and administrative processes.
• Valid PA Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operations of the properties.
• Staff supervision.
• Comply with Federal, State and Local programs and Fair Housing laws.
• Manage capital improvement projects.
• Rent collection.
• Budget oversight and expense control.

Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. PMI manages over $4 billion of real estate assets and has over 30,000 customers and 360 clients. We are currently searching for one Full-Time Community Director with Affordable Housing experience to join our team at Perlo Ridge Apartments and Sherman’s Valley Apartments. This position will provide oversight to the communities teams, process Tax Credit and Rural Development leases for our residents and provide excellent customer service. A valid PA Real Estate License is preferred, but not required. We will pay for you to get one! Rate: Based on experience.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
