Job summary

Seattle CARE Department seeks a Community Crisis Responder Supervisor to manage CCR I/II responders and report to the CCR Manager. You will supervise daily activities, triage requests with dispatch, and guide teams in crisis interventions while maintaining timelines and safety standards.

Ideal candidates hold a master’s degree in social work or related field, state licensure such as LISW, and have 2+ years of experience.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field.
  • Two years’ experience working with individuals with mental, behavioral, and/or emotional health concerns.
  • Current Washington State driver’s license.
  • Licensing from the Washington State Department of Health such as LISW or equivalency.
  • Selected candidates are required to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and guide CCR I & II responders; mentor staff and ensure policy compliance.
  • Triage service requests and assign cases with dispatch; ensure safety.
  • Provide guidance on handling mental, behavioral, social, or emotional crises; escalation when needed.
  • Maintain community resources list and refer appropriately; track outcomes.
  • Monitor operations for protocol adherence; report to CCR Manager; manage supply inventory.
