• Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple events.
• Willing to travel locally for events; occasional evenings and weekends.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Identify, coordinate, and attend community outreach and promotional events.
• Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community partners.
• Attend networking events and identify opportunities to expand community presence.
• Engage with prospective clients and promote available services.
• Coordinate event schedules, logistics, materials, and participant sign-ups.
• Assist with social media content related to events and promotional efforts.
• Track event results and maintain records to measure outreach effectiveness.
• Manage event-related expenses within a budget.
