Job summary

gpac LLC partners with a community bank in Ohio to hire an experienced Commercial Lender in Cincinnati who will help grow the business banking portfolio.

You will build and manage a book of commercial loans (C&I, CRE, equipment, lines of credit), bring in new relationships, and present loan requests to the credit committee.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in commercial lending or credit analysis
• Strong financial analysis including tax returns, cash flow, and collateral
• Local business network is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business
• Strong communication and relationship-focused approach

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a book of commercial loans (C&I, CRE, equipment, lines of credit)
• Bring in new business relationships through referrals and community involvement
• Structure, underwrite, and present loan requests to credit committee
• Manage portfolio renewals, covenants, and credit quality
• Partner with branch and treasury teams to deepen client relationships
• Represent the bank in the local business community
