Villa is seeking an Account Executive & Community Manager in Altadena, CA to represent Villa locally and manage the Altadena Showcase Home. You will lead tours, build community relationships, and support the ADU business statewide, working with the marketing and product teams to drive opportunities.

You must be in-person in Altadena with 3-5+ years in sales/real estate, and be comfortable weekends/evenings while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of sales, real estate, or local marketing experience.
• Excellent verbal, written, and face-to-face communication skills.
• Passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Willingness to work weekends and evenings as necessary.

Responsabilités

• Represent Villa at local rebuilding events to build brand trust.
• Lead the Altadena Showcase Home tours and manage events.
• Provide consultation on feasibility and cost for potential clients.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure a first-class experience.
• Update Salesforce with leads, tours, and KPIs; report to leadership.
