Job summary

Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County is seeking a Program Manager for Community Centers to oversee and implement programs across Blossom Valley, Gilroy, and South County areas. You will supervise staff, ensure safety and compliance, and coordinate with parish partners to expand services for families across the CCSCC network.

The role emphasizes leadership, data-driven evaluation, and collaboration with a broad range of community stakeholders to maximize impact and equity within our programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience in family, child, youth, and community development with diverse populations.
• At least two years of management or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead activities, projects, and events among multiple agency programs and partners to benefit communities.
• Promote interagency collaboration through effective communication with stakeholders.
• Foster a family-centered, trauma-informed approach to welcome and support families.
