Job summary

CCSCC seeks a Program Manager for Community Centers to oversee diverse programs and activities in Blossom Valley, Gilroy, and South County. You will lead staff, ensure compliance, and advocate for families while coordinating with parish partners to expand services.

Reporting to the Director of Community Impact, this role emphasizes trauma-informed, family-centered service delivery and data-driven decision making across CCSCC locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in family, child, youth, and community development with diverse populations.
• At least two (2) years of management or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program management, community engagement, and advocacy across multiple programs and partners.
• Monitor and report program participation and outcomes with a data-driven approach.
• Foster collaborations with parishes and community organizations to expand services.
• Supervise and develop staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
