Gap Inc. is seeking a General Manager for a Stow, OH store to lead a skilled team, deliver profitable sales, and translate the brand vision into everyday operations.

You will drive customer experience and showroom results, coach associates, manage schedules and budgets, and uphold standards across operations. This role requires strong leadership and a focus on inclusive, efficient, and compliant store performance.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of retail experience leading others.
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and employees.
